These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the harum4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing harum4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Section 01
Welcome to harum4d. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and harum4d ("harum4d", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at harum4d.casa and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wagering activity offered through harum4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.
Important Notice: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the harum4d Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
harum4d operates under an international gaming licence and adheres to applicable regulatory frameworks governing online gaming and player protection. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction prior to registration.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
The registered member account created by a User upon successful completion of harum4d's registration and KYC verification processes.
The harum4d online gaming website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all services made available thereunder.
Any real-money stake placed by a Member on a game, sporting event, lottery draw, or other wagering activity available on the Platform.
The real-money balance held within a Member's Account, comprising deposited principal and any credited bonus or promotional amounts, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or other accepted currencies.
Promotional credits granted to a Member subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms. Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money deposited principal until wagering requirements are satisfied.
Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process mandated by harum4d prior to processing withdrawal requests, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Any country or territory in which access to the Platform, online gaming, or sports betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
Features available within a Member's Account including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
Section 03
Registration and use of the harum4d Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement reflects internationally recognised standards for casino and sports betting activity. harum4d operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
During the KYC verification process, harum4d will request documentary evidence of age. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration will have their account immediately suspended, all deposits refunded (net of any bonus amounts that may have been wagered), and any winnings derived from play during underage periods forfeited.
The Platform is made available to players in Malaysia, including residents of Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other cities across the peninsula and East Malaysia, subject to applicable local laws. Players are solely responsible for verifying that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before accessing the Platform. harum4d accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a Member who registers or wagers from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or the use of proxy services — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Accounts may only be used for personal recreational gaming by the registered account holder. You may not create or use an Account on behalf of another person, use an Account for commercial purposes, or transfer, sell, or assign your Account to any third party.
Section 04
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. harum4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify harum4d customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. harum4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their Account credentials.
harum4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
Section 05
harum4d supports the following payment methods for Malaysian Members:
All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a Member elects to transact in cryptocurrency, in which case the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction shall apply. harum4d does not impose currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.
The minimum deposit is RM30 for standard MYR payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a higher minimum equivalent. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified Accounts.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification. Processing times are as follows:
harum4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal compliance thresholds. Withdrawal requests associated with uncompleted wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are fully met.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. harum4d will notify the Member via their registered email address prior to applying dormancy charges. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower), applied until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the Account.
Section 06
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by harum4d are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion. Sports bets may count toward wagering requirements only where expressly stated.
harum4d reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, the use of low-risk or mathematically neutral betting strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds, or participation in bonus schemes in collusion with other players.
Note on Responsible Gambling and Bonuses: Bonuses are promotional incentives intended to enhance the entertainment value of the Platform. Members experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to set deposit limits or use self-exclusion tools rather than pursuing bonus schemes. Players aged 21 and above only.
Section 07
All game results on the harum4d Platform are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated in real time by trained dealers under studio conditions. harum4d does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate to the extent certified by independent testing laboratories.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data corruption that affects the validity of a game round or the recording of a wager, harum4d reserves the right to declare the relevant round void and return all stakes to the Member's Account. harum4d shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a technical malfunction outside harum4d's reasonable control.
Sports betting outcomes are determined by the final official result as published by the relevant governing body. For football markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and UEFA competitions, all bets are settled on 90-minute match results unless otherwise specified (e.g., outright tournament winners). Live in-play bets accepted after the triggering event has occurred will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the harum4d Platform:
harum4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account and forfeit all associated balances where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, without prior notice.
Section 09
In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming best practices, harum4d operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request and may be initiated at any point during a Member's account lifecycle where harum4d deems it necessary.
KYC submissions are reviewed by harum4d's compliance team, available around the clock. Standard verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of all required documents. The Member will be notified via email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.

harum4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely for recreational entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. Section 11
All content on the harum4d Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, written content, and data — is the exclusive property of harum4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any harum4d content without prior written authorisation from harum4d. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may give rise to legal action.
Section 12
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, harum4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress.
harum4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 13
harum4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including where: a Member has breached these Terms; harum4d is required to do so by a regulatory authority; account activity indicates fraud, collusion, or money laundering; or a Member has provided false identity information during registration or KYC.
Members may close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved and any pending withdrawal requests completed. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure.
Section 14
harum4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, harum4d will notify registered Members via their email address on record and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
Section 15
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under harum4d's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through harum4d's internal customer support escalation process.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within a reasonable timeframe, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution body as designated by harum4d's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
